• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items of equal value, subject to availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
   

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Made-to-order pieces

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
   

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
